Charlie Hoge
Charlie’s business litigation practice includes partnership, real estate, employment, intellectual property, unfair competition, trade secret and professional liability matters.
Charlie worked for a large regional firm practicing commercial litigation before he joined the San Diego firm Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat, known after 2005 as Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP, where he practiced for 28 years until the firm disbanded into five separate law firms on June 30, 2016. During the firm’s last 14 years, Charlie served as its Managing Partner while maintaining a full time litigation practice. During his tenure, the firm was routinely awarded the highest accolades in San Diego including continuous recognition in U.S. News Best Law Firms and California Top Ranked Law Firms.
Charlie takes pride in achieving practical, creative and cost-effective solutions for his clients while getting to know them and their businesses well. He has long-standing relationships with many clients, and is remembered for helping them understand and navigate the challenges of the litigation process. Charlie has many years of business experience managing his former firm and from being a member of Vistage for four years, an organization of Chief Executive Officers who share insights into managing businesses.
